Post a Job For Free

It’s fast and easy. First time using the EventsHelper platform, you will be prompted to GET STARTED by registering your details and creating an account. You are now ready to POST A JOB for FREE. 

Simply complete your job details and set your budget. Helpers will be notified of your job listing immediately. You only pay if you choose to HIRE and then a 10% Booking fee applied. 

Select & Hire

Within 24 hours of posting your job you will receive offers & profiles from a short list of suitably qualified and available Helpers. Simply review Helper offers and click the Hire button to confirm the most suitable event freelancer to complete your job. Complete your payment to confirm the booking. This is held securely by EventsHelper until you Get the Job Done.

Use our inbuilt chat function to communicate with Helpers to aid your selection, provide additional information, or make changes to your booking.

Get Your Job Done

When you are satisfied the job has been completed, approve the release of your Helper fee. Payment is securely managed through the platform.

Rate & Review

Rate Helpers out of 5 stars and leave a review. This will assist future clients in the selection process and ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided by Helpers. All Helpers must maintain a minimum 4 out of 5 rating.
